Ehh just an idea XD but I'm all for "better - Plumb" if sdf wants to xD -not picky- but a theme would help narrow my song list XD (No need for a theme, just pretend I'm not here <.<)

or stuck like glue is cool with me XD (again...not here x.x)

Pretty much any song is pretty fine with me. owo *totally hasn't been peeking up in the forum recently*
BUT if you make me choose, I'm thinking Impossible by Anberlin, The Power of Love by I Fight Dragons, or Raise Your Glass by P!NK. Though I'm game for anything. ovo

Hmmm... well, for a theme, since it's spring, we could go for a light, happy sort of thing. ^^ Use a lot of pastels and all that

...but that might sound kind of boring to a lot of you. So, what else? I have a few songs, but I don't want to pick one out either xD

For a theme I'd like to do are either love triangle or war ^____^

War... actually is a really good one. O___O
Though, I feel love triangles are just a bit overused.
But I like War >8D
Or maybe we could do something abstract like Delivery or Pause or something of that sort.
I've always wanted to do something like Pause or Rewind because I feel it opens up a lot of oppurtunities for stories, as well as a lot of great effects.

FFF sorry for not being very specific xD

But by 'Pause' and 'Rewind' I mean pretty much what it sounds like xD A video could, for example, simulate a personal experience which a character wishes to 'pause' or 'rewind'. The story for this type of thing is pretty much open ended, as for the types of effects. umm... wow this is hard to explain... And I don't think I've ever seen a video that actually deals with these types of themes so I can't very well give you an example. But of course, there are a lot of other ways we could take it, so speak now or forever hold your peace >:O

For other songs maybe Captiva by Falling Up or (if you don't mind editing to different languages xD) Monochrome Kiss by SID.

@Nii - Yeah, I can see where 'War' would be uncomfortable for some to edit; so maybe that isn't such a good idea. ^^" But those are pretty good song choices >=)

@Light - ...YEAHH can we not do that song? xD I had a bad experience with it once... I never fully recovered...

hmm...the pause or rewind idea sounds cool! that's definitely a new one to me!=D

I actually don't mind editing to a song in a different language. I've done one for a japanese song already with another studio!=)

But good point, Light. What song could portray a sort of "Rewind" feely-- if we're even going with that theme?

hmm...as for a song though, I can't think of any right now. I'm sure NO ONE in this studio listens to Hilary Duff, lol. But, there's also "Back to December" by Taylor Swift. That has a bit of a "rewind" sense to it...in a way.

Personally, I don't like that song much, but I could deal. =P
We could do something, like, "Trancy" sounding; but Trance songs tend to get repetitive. Or maybe even a Techno remix to a song could do the trick? If we're looking for a more upbeat sound, that is.

But, let's keep the ball rolling! What else?

are we looking for more "upbeat" songs? if so, I might have a few suggestions. most like their artists no one in this studio has heard much about, lol.

@Light: Hm... well, yrautcnas I think would be extremely fitting, actually. Especially if all of us edited KH clips to go with it... however, I don't want everyone to use the same idea and/or the same clips. I hate duplicates in MEPs. >_>

As for Airplanes, I see where you're going with it. While it does have potential, I think it would be a slightly hard-to-edit song.
But give me a moment to search up the other one you mentioned...

@SDF: xD aw, it wasn't that bad. Everyone can't be good at everything after all. And those songs are, actually pretty widespread. O_O So you must not listen to the radio much which is understandable with all of the awful cap that's been airing on it for the last few years.
